Approximate turnaround times can be supplied on request for individual tests. Most tests are completed within 5 working days of receiving the sample. A rapid results service exists for emergencies, with results being e-mailed or faxed as soon as they are available.
We are open between the hours of 8:00am until 5:00pm GMT Monday to Friday, except on UK bank holidays. The telephone is maintained by our receptionist between 9:00am until 5:00pm GMT. At all other times the telephone is covered by a telephone answering machine.
